Let’s Try This Again – 3400 The Strand Back on the Market

3400 The Strand Manhattan Beach - $15,900,000

We’ve written a lot lately about how different the beachfront home market is compared with the rest of Manhattan and Hermosa Beach.  Homes often sit for a very long time (sometimes years) and we often see them both go on and off the market several times as well as numerous price reductions.  One of the recent homes to go off the market has come back on.  Located at 3400 The Strand this home has seen a number of price reductions over time as well as several realtors.  The home was featured in the LA Times Pitch article comparing it with the home at 3808 The Strand also in Manhattan Beach.  3400 The Strand offers a very nice south facing corner walkstreet lot so the location is definitely on the “pros” side of the ledger.  Relisted at $15,900,000 there was no price change on this go around so we’ll see if the market has changed at all.  With some recent high profile, big number sales of walkstreet homes the market may yet catch up to the price.
