This is one of the last homes heading north in the El Porto area of Manhattan Beach.  The multi level townhome was in very nice condition and was  priced well for the size, location and condition.   Homes often struggle to sell quickly this far north as the homes in this stretch sit behind the beach/surf parking lot so there’s a bit more activity out front than many would prefer.  The home features 3 bedrooms on three levels and offers great and unblockable views from each.

The home is pretty far north in the El Porto area so unfortunately it sits just east of the beach parking lot and overlooks the lot (although significantly raised up).  The location definitely impacted the sales price.  The home offered 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and just under 2,000 feet

The home was listed at $6,499,000 and sold at $6,230,000.
