While this beachfront property in the southern sand section of Hermosa Beach is most likely the future site of new construction, it is currently a triplex for some investor looking to find something on the beach.  The home has been on and off the market a number of times since 2019 so it probably looks and sounds familiar if you’ve kept up with the beach front housing market in Hermosa.

Now it’s returned with a list price of $6,500,000 which is similar to where it was when it was last on the market.

The current structure is a triplex with a lower 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit and two upper floor 1 bed 1 bath units.  One of these is beachfront and the other is in the back.

Although it’s currently  a triplex, the listing description notes that “it’s also setup to live like a single family home by way of an internal common area stairway.”

The home last sold in 2017 for $5,600,000.
