About the Neighborhood

The Sand section is the area closest to the water and extends from The Strand along the beach to roughly Valley/Ardmore.  This section includes the pier area and the area known as El Porto.

The tree section sits just east of the sand section so it’s still relatively close to the water but has much more of a traditional neighborhood feel with tree lined streets and a nice community feel.

The hill section sits just east of Valley and Ardmore and extends to Sepulveda.  The homes in this area often sit on very large lots and have incredible views given some homes a real estate feel.

East Manhattan Beach in the Mira Costa area is east of Sepulveda and offers homes on some very nice sized 7,500 foot lots allowing for very large homes that still have nice sized front and back yards.

Manhattan Village is a community of it’s own as it’s the only gated community in Manhattan Beach.  See the current homes for sale in Manhattan Village.

East Manhattan and Liberty Village is generally the least expensive area in Manhattan Beach.  Unlike most of Manhattan Beach there are still a healthy amount of original bungalow type homes
