The latest addition to the busy beachfront real estate market is a townhome/condo that makes for a very interesting opportunity. It is technically a condo but is the entire home facing the beach so it looks and feels more like a single family. The reason we say it’s new to the market is that the rear property at 4114 The Strand had been on the market not long ago and the owner would consider selling both together or separately. The price on 4112 The Strand is $7,490,000 and it offers 4 bedrooms (2 of which have great views), 4 baths and approximately 2,550 square feet. Although it was built in 2008 it’s been extensively remodeled and upgrated and has a fantastic beach feel. It is pretty far into El Porto which can be great for commuters but does have the beach lot directly in front which is a bit of a challenge.

Welcome to the real estate recap for March 2021 in beautiful Manhattan Beach.  It was another fantastic month during March 2021.  There were 42 homes sold in this coastal community compared with 25 in March of 2020.  In addition 53 homes went into escrow durring the month.  The median sales price was an impressive $3,448,000.

3808 The Strand Back on The Market – Let’s Try This Again

We’ve been mentioning this home for a very long time and, full disclosure, we were the original listing agents when it hit the market in September of 2019 at a price of $16,500,000. It’s back on the market now listed at $13,500,000 after several changes to both the price and after a number of different listing agents. It’s a beautiful home with an incredible look and feel….especially from the main level. It offers a luxury coastal look and feel with and abundance of light color schemes, beautiful oak floors, white stone and more.
