It was another amazing month for the Manhattan Beach real estate market as demand just never seems to slow.  While none of the homes that sold were beachfront homes on the Strand, it was a big month for home prices for sure. 

Take a look below at all of the homes that sold in Manhattan Beach during the month of July 2021.   There were 45 total on market sales that closed with 14 homes in the sand section,  8 homes in tree section, 7 home sales in the hill section, 1 in Manhattan Village and the rest were east of Sepulveda.   See how this compares with other months on our Manhattan Beach real estate trends page.

Real Estate Recap – 2019 Manhattan Village Home Sales and Home Prices

Manhattan Village enjoyed a very strong real estate market in 2019 with 15 on market home sales.  The median list price was $1,595,000 and the median sold price was $1,590,000 indicating a very strong seller’s market.  This was compared to 21 home sales in 2018 at a median sold price of $1,338,000.  Of the 15 home sales in 2019, 4 were court homes, 8 townhomes and 3 single family estate homes.

Rare Single Family Estate Home on the Market
