If this address sounds familar it’s probably because it is.   This Redondo Beach oceanfront estate just sold in August 2023 for $10,825,000 and is now for sale again at $11,900,000.  What’s a coool million dollar profit for 2 months of living ocean front…..not bad that’s what it is.  Only time will tell if that’s the way it works out.

709 Esplanade is a massive beachfront home with almost 9,000 square feet on 3 beachfront levels.  Views are endless from both inside the home and the patio fronting the beach.  It had been extensively remodeled to give it a luxurious but casual coastal look and feel.

Ironically enough we featured this house years ago (not necessarily in a good way) when it sold in 2015.  The home was on the market for almost 3 years and was originally priced in 2012 at $10,000,000 and ended up selling for $6,350,000 in 2015.  What was so unusual about the home was that everything on the inside was pink.  Pink marble flooring, pink tile, pink sculptures…..it was odd.
