Although it was slightly slower than September 2020, it was an impressive month for home sales and home prices in Manhattan Beach California. There were 43 closed home sales which was down a bit from the 61 that closed in September 2020 but prices were way up….do in no small part to several oceanfront Strand homes selling during the month. The median sales price was $3,954,000 up almost $1,000,000 from 2020….again do in no small part to the closing of several very high priced beachfront homes.
