The 25 closed sales in May was the same number of home sales in April.
Average sales price was $3,642,000 with the average “listing” price in at $3,605,560 which meant that homes generally sold quite a bit above the asking price.
The average price per foot was $1,270 and homes averaged a very brief 16 days on market before going into ecrow which was really quick compared to 62 days on market in April.
