While this home isn’t on the Strand in Manhattan Beach, it’s most definitely worth mentioning.  We think that it’s tough to beach the beachfront homes of The Strand, but Paseo De La Playa has something Strand homes don’t…..privacy.

The newest home to hit the market in the Hollywood Riviera is an oceanfront estate sitting high above the beach with endless views.

This single family home is very large, especially compared with the other homes on the street and offers 5,675 square feet with 4 bedrooms + an office (potential 5th bedrooms) and 7 total baths.

The incredible multi level outdoor spaces feature massive views.  The owners have transformed these areas into a tropical oasis with oceanfront pool deck with tropical landscaping and resort like feel.

While the home is huge and the views and location are simply stunning, we don’t really see this one selling at or near their $15,000,000 list price.  One challenge is that given the location at the very top of the hill they don’t really have a path to the beach like some of the others on the street.
