Well if you blinked you might have missed it. 1720 The Strand in Manhattan Beach hit the market on 5/28 and closed escrow on 6/10. It didn’t go into escrow on 6/10…..it closed. It went into escrow after 1 day on the market so clearly this was an off market sale in all reality as this must have been in the works prior to listing.
