Well we were excited to tell you about a fantastic opportunity but after 1 day on the market it’s in escrow.  We took a look at it the first day it was on the market and showings were difficutl so this appears to be a pre-market buyer.

It certainly wasn’t the listing photos that sold it as that was nothing but a picture of a metal door.   The home itself was in pretty nice condition although the previous owner had made some bold and unusual decisions that wouldn’t appeal to most buyers.  We would desribe it in more detail, but it doesn’t appear that it’s still available on day 2.
