It’s been the season of off market home sales in Hermosa Beach. 2340 is the 4th home on the Hermosa Beach Strand to sell off market this year.
The home sold at $14,000,000 and both buyer and seller were represented by Chris Corr of Strand Hill.
The home sat on a highly desirable north Hermosa corner lot and was undergoing a major renovation. The previous iteration had been on the market basically from 2022 to 2024 but struggled with the layout, finishes, etc. The home had always had some unique, and in our opinion, odd details which were all being changed.
