The South Bay’s most expensive listing, a beachfront property located at 1000 The Strand in Manhattan Beach, was just recently taken off of the market. It had been on the market for over a year.
The property actually had been listed and sold in May of 2017 for $21,000,000 after originally being listed for just under $29,000,000 in 2015. Those buyers quickly turned into sellers and the most recent price was $25,900,000. The property was an older multi unit property on a beachfront corner lot and 1/2 very close to the pier. According to the listing agent it’s for sale, but due to showing restrictions and the current Covid 19 situation they decided to pull it from the market.
