The newest beachfront property to hit the market is a 2008 built single family home located at 1408 The Strand.  The home is just a few blocks from downtown which is both a positive and a negative.  Walk score is great and it doesn’t take much to head just down the street to the charming shops and restaurants.  The proximity does make it slightly busier than homes just a few blocks further north but it’s a solid trade off.  The home sits on a high part of the Strand so views are fantastic even from the “beach” level.
