The number of sold homes increased a bit with 28 home sales in March 2022 compared with 24 closed sales in February. The average “asking” price was an impressive $3,530,925 with the average sold price at $3,581,913 meaning that homes generally sold above the original list price. The average price per foot was $1448 and the average days on market was a very brief 26 days before going into pending status. The highest priced home sale of the month was a beachfront single family home in the El Porto area of the “sand section” located at 4320 The Strand which sold for $10,755,000.
