It was a slower month with 21 closed home sales compared with 25 in November and an incredible October with 42 home sales.
There were 4 home sales in the Manhattan Beach sand section but no oceanfront homes on the Manhattan Beach Strand.
The top home sale of the month sold at $5,950,000 and was a large hill section home on a large hill section lot.
The median “asking” price of the homes that sold was $3,499,000 with the median “sold” price at $3,350,000 meaning things sold fairly close to full price.
Homes averaged $1,378 per square foot.
Homes were on the market 49 days before going into escrow.
Of the 25 home sales, 8 were in the Manhattan Beach sand section, 8 in the tree section, with the rest in east Manhattan Beach.
