It was a big month for home sales in Manhattan Beach during August. It was an even bigger month for home prices.
The number of homes that sold in August 2023 was 35 which was a big jump from the 20 that sold in July and 28 in June.
The average “list” price last month for the homes that sold was $4,712,086 with the average sold price at an incredible $4,647,207 which was a huge number even by Manhattan Beach standards. The average sold price in July was $3,081,300 for comparison sake.
