Home Sales in Manhattan Beach During September
28 Sold Homes at an Average Price of $3,275,107
It was a bit slower last month but the numbers were big.
Both the number of homes that sold and the priced dropped a bit after the summer with August being pretty incredible. The number of homes that sold in September was 28 which was a bit of a drop from the 35 in August but more than in July.
The average listing price for the homes that closed escrow in September was $3,398,068 with the average sold price at $3,275,107 compared to an amazing price in August of $4,647,207.
The average price per square foot was down from August and was $1475 in September.
Homes averaged 46 days on market.

The top sale of the month was for a 5,000 sq foot hill section home at 825 Highview Avenue Manhattan Beach that sold for $8,500,000.
