4016 The Strand in El Porto is back on the market as of 10/21.  It was pulled off of the market this morning and then relisted at a lower price.  There’s definitely a pattern here as it’s now been cancelled twice and put back on the market the same day to reset days on market we assume.

The home was orignally listed for $9,995,000 in May and as of today is now at $8,495,000.
