We were remiss in not mentioning this condo sale that closed in April but…..better late than never.  4312 The Strand was a condo in a 2 unit building that had originally been constructed in 1990.  The home was really far north so it sat behind the beach parking lot up in El Porto, but beachfront is still beachfront.  The multi level home was listed by Candice Carpenter and sold for $4,750,000. 

While it was pretty dated, it offers some great square footage for a condo/townhome with almost 2,600 square feet.
