While we LOVE original and historic beach bungalows, this one isn’t likely to remain that way for long once it sells.  Not with one bedroom one bath and priced at $11,938 per square foot!

It seems a forgone conclusion that nobody is going to pay $12,750,000 for a one bedroom home so enjoy this one while it lasts.  The bigger unknown is whether someone will pay that premium price for the land.

The home was built in 1922 and still has that classic look.  You can definitely imagine it in an old black and white photo.  It’s certainly been upgraded and updated many times over and retains a very cool beach charm.  

We wish homes like this could remain and keep some of the original vibe, but expect to see another gigantic modern home in the years to come.
