The average home price was also down considerably from July…..over $1.0M in fact, but the average sales prices were impacted significantly in July with 3 big beachfront home sales on the Manhattan Strand.
The average “list” price in August was an impressive $3,370,679 with the average sold price at $3,377,604 meaning that homes generally sold around full price.
