Manhattan beach Home Prices Top $3,646,000 in June

28 Homes Sold Last Month

Let’s take a look at the month that was for home sales in the coastal community of Manhattan Beach

There were 28 home sales and closed escrows which a slight increase from the 25 sold homes in both May and April.

The average “asking” price  was $3,720,714 with the average sold price at $3,646,310 which which meant that, in general, homes sold a below the list price.

The highest priced sale of the month was $11,211,525 for a beachfront home at 3404 The Strand.

The average dollar per foot was $1,332 and average days on market was 51 which was quite a bit higher than some of the neighboring cities.
