This one is definitely not like the others.  Despite the 3,550 square feet this home was most definitely custom built and only offers 2 bedrooms in all that space.  According to the listing notes the original owners built this to house their art collection and is defnitely more like a gallery than a home so likely a lot sale.  In addition the home to the south at 1808 The Strand can be sold in conjunction making for the possibility (very clear that they make no promises as to what can be done to combine the lots) of something special.

The home is definitely minimalist with a stark concrete dominated design and large open spaces….more volume than space.  Unfortunately it doesn’t take full advantage of the location with minimal windows on the Strand side facing the beach.

It’s definitely more art than function but you can’t beat the location.
