That Was a Little Odd – Price Increase After 3 Months Sitting on the Market

In an interesting strategy a home that had sat on the market for a few months at $7,500,000 at the beginning of the year is back with a new realtor and a new price. The interesting part is that the price is $1,000,000 more than earlier this year. it’s now at $8,500,000. That’s a pretty incredible number given that it sold at $4,500,000 in July of 2019. There’s definitely been some very nice work done since it was sold but that’s a pretty significant jump in just 2 years.
