The recent sale at 22 The Strand was another indication that the market for this ultra high end address is a bit slow. The home was located at the very furthest southern end of Hermosa which always comes with a bit of a discount but this was a pretty big home at this price. The roughly $5.6M price was below some lot value sales in recent years at more high demand locations.
