The highest priced home sale of the month in Hermosa Beach was a beachfront contemporary that sold at $8,500,000.

The home was priced well $8,950,000 and unlike most beachfront homes in Hermosa it sold quickly.  It was only on the market for 20 days before going into escrow.  It was  a very nice 4 bed, 3.5 bath single family home built in 2008.

The home offered approximately 30 feet of beach frontage on three levels.  The home was designed by architect Michael Lee with a modern look and feel…..open spaces, retractable Fleetwood window walls and more.
