Things might be changing for the ultra high end Strand market in Hermosa Beach. There have been two closed sales in the past few months and now 1534 The Strand is in escrow. This is notable as it was on the market with 2 different realtors since June of 19. Originally priced at $11,900,000 it was reduced a few times and the list price when brought to market by the latest brokerage was $9,999,000. As not too much had changed with the house it looks like the new price was the difference.
